Summer is slowly winding down (I know, I know) and as fall begins to make its presence known, navigating the shift in seasons can be both fun and frustration. It’s hot one minute, cold the next, and figuring out layers might feel tricky. They key to an easy transition relies on blending in your summer staples with cozy fall essentials.

With varying temperatures, I prefer layering my summer tees with a sweater over the shoulder or light jacket tied around the waist. An easy way to incorporate fall into your late summer wardrobe is by introducing fall hues into your wardrobe to reflect the changing season. A deep gray sweater, warm brown bag or little pop of suede can take your wardrobe staples a very long way.
