Diaries from Cape Cod
Plus: a love letter to Texas, our co-parenting summer travel plans, and what’s currently in my cart
I just recently spent the dreamiest few days in Cape Cod. It was truly better than I could’ve imagined. I’d heard so many wonderful things about Provincetown from Andrew (boyfriend) and this trip made it all real. He invited me to an awards ceremony honoring his dad and his dad’s partner for their incredible contributions to the arts community. The Fine Arts Work Center hosted their annual Summer Awards Gala, where they were recognized as visionary leaders and champions of emerging and mid-career artists. We stayed at their home in Truro which felt like stepping into a real life Nancy Meyers movie.
I can’t believe this was my first time in P-Town. It’s such a fun, laid-back, and effortlessly charming place… full of personality, good vibes, and the kind of energy that makes you want to come back again and again. I cannot recommend it enough.
Here are a few photos from the trip.
