Permission For A Life Change
How to find courage to leave a job, a marriage, a home, a friendship or ... all of the above

It’s me. Hi. I’m the problem it’s me.
At least that is what I used to tell myself over, and over, and over, and over again until I quite literally made myself sick. Resentful. Disconnected. Unhappy.
I threw myself into every book, podcast and specialist appointment possible, trying to find answers to why I wasn’t feeling happy. On paper, I had it all: the brand, the babies, the beautiful house and the bombshell husband.
So why did it still feel like something was missing?
Leaving is rarely clean. It doesn’t always come with a big dramatic exit or a clear sign from the universe. Sometimes, the knowing shows up quietly. A subtle gut nudge. A voice that whispers, this doesn’t feel right anymore.
I want you to hear this loud and clear: It is okay to outgrow versions of yourself, relationships that no longer serve you, places that no longer feel like home, and jobs that leave you burned out.
